Moving company in Savannah, GA
My interaction with Savannah Moving revealed that Savannah Moving communication was deficient. I had to struggle to get in touch with the company to book the move, and when I did, they could have been more helpful in handling my issues. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest Savannah Moving.
My experience with Savannah Moving was awful. Jack and his crew lied about their storage facilities and broke leg of my favorite couch. They claimed it was enormous and so giant that the damage was expected and ended it up as an untidy trash can. Moreover, I needed to keep two additional mattresses, four couch sets and five additional chairs in the warehouse for at least six months, but they charged double for this. Such inexperienced and inefficient movers!
Savannah Moving crew really wonderful. The movers even assisted us in getting rid of some outdated furniture we didn't want to take with us. Great experience with Savannah Moving.
Moving with twins' infants may be difficult, but these movers were kind. While they concentrated on packing and unpacking, they were highly amiable and fun a lot with the kids when I went to the market for their milk. Thankyou, Savannah Moving For Such A easy move.
Savannah Moving immorality wrecked our possessions. Customer support, on-site personnel, and company owners intentionally misled us and didn't respond to calls or emails. Dreadful Customer Service! The movers arrived without packing materials and weren't apologetic about this. When our belongings were unloaded at the warehouse, the crew said they would keep them packed properly and would prevent dust, but nothing was as they said. Very unprofessional‼ Team leader Max and the corporate supervisor informed my wife of the damages while unloading the Chester. When I called their office to complain, they misbehaved and were not apologetic about their behavior claiming that it was already so old. Worst experience ever!
My relocation was completely stress-free thanks to Anthony & Daniel. The squad showed up on time. They went above and beyond to safeguard and treat my priceless items carefully. Additionally, they quickly unpacked my belongings and put them where I needed them. I am quite pleased with their service.
Worst moving company ever. Unprofessional. They hire other companies to move your stuff. Don't trust them. They also triple your quote whenever they feel like it.
It was a nightmare to relocate with this company. Many pieces of furniture, including my brand-new couch and dining room table, were damaged by Max and his team. When I complained, they didn't repent and help. I saw those folks, but they stated, "We won't return a single penny," adding that it wasn't their obligation since the item was already ruined. They treated my kids with disdain, and professionalism was lacking. Never use them‼
Savannah Moving movers are the masters of efficiency! Not a single moment wasted. They wrapped my China set in bubble wrap, and then cushioned it with soft towels. And when they saw a loose doorknob, they tightened it up without being asked. They even brought their own broom to sweep the garage after loading. Superb job!
John handled customs paperwork, ensured compliance with regulations, and provided detailed tracking for my belongings. Despite the distance, everything arrived intact and on schedule.
