Read More I am so grateful to Shawn and Smith for their amazing service. They arrived on time and worked very quickly and efficiently to move all my belongings. They were very careful with my couch and dresser, which are both very valuable to me. They did not leave any marks or scratches on them. They were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process.

First of all, they give you an estimate over the phone based on a virtual walkthrough of your home. When they arrived the crew said they didn’t know it was a full pack and load. (I paid for the “White Glove” pack and load). The worst part is the horrible communication. They picked up my stuff on May 14th. I gave them a first available delivery date of June 28th. After multiple calls with no response or responses of “I will call dispatch and get back with you” and they never call back. I got my stuff on July 30th. They want their money before they take anything off the truck. Then, the first dozen items they bring into my home looked weird. I partially unwrapped a chair that wasn’t mine. None of the stuff was mine. Yet they all had stickers with my name on them. They made a pile in my driveway and front yard of stuff with my name that wasn’t mine. Then, finally they found my stuff in the truck. I wonder what happened to the stuff that wasn’t mine. Bottom line is they were HORRIBLE and the $7000 move ended up costing $12000. They have you over a barrel and you basically have no choice but to pay. They advertise a “Stress Free” Move…..WOW. Do Yourself a favor and Order a POD.

He was particularly cautious with my collection of glass vases, wrapping each one individually and ensuring they were securely placed in boxes. They worked quickly but without rushing, and was really friendly throughout the process. Jason helped me carry some heavy items to the basement. Excellent service!
