Read More Our relocation had to happen on a weekday during work hours, and we couldn’t take the whole day off. What worked really well was their ability to communicate. They updated us as each stage progressed, called when they were on the way to the new address, and waited for our arrival to unload. We didn’t need to hover, and that trust gave us the breathing room to manage other things. We’re very pleased!

Read More I booked a move with Safeway Moving from Missouri to Virginia. Pickup occurred on June 2, and I was told my belongings could arrive as early as June 4. I made myself available from that date and contacted the company repeatedly for updates—but received no clear answers for nearly four weeks. My furniture finally arrived on June 30, well beyond the reasonable timeframe, and several items were damaged. Safeway’s lack of communication, false reassurances, and failure to provide updates made this experience unnecessarily stressful. I’ve filed formal complaints with the BBB and FMCSA and would strongly caution anyone considering this company.
