My experience with Safeeds Transport Inc. was very disappointing. They failed to understand that issues can arise on the road and that carriers may encounter unpredictable problems, such as personal issues affecting drivers. This is why we were unable to receive our order. The team was quite rude and unprofessional in their communication.

Rude and unprofessional service. I hauled a COD vehicle for this company. At delivery, I was told payment would not be made on site. I contacted the responsible agent, who requested photos by email, which I sent—but I never received payment. I then attempted multiple times to reach the company using the contact information listed on my dispatch sheet. After several unsuccessful attempts to collect payment, an agent finally called me back and was extremely rude and disrespectful. He called me “stupid” and said he did not care whether I got paid or not. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend working with this company.
Do not use them they'll tell you one price after deposit they'll raise the price. It's a scam di not use them. First they said $450. After my deposit they went up to $800. Scam. Don't deal with Brian
Simon did a great job in ensuring a smooth transfer of my vehicle from CT to TX in less than 72hours, really astonishing! the driver was also very collaborating and professional. i'll recommend anytime!
This broker runs a traditional bait and switch scam. The claim, after the deposit is paid, is that the "website made a quoting error." They wait until after the vehicle is picked up to communicate at all, then tell you they want more money. If you don't pay up, they will try to hold your vehicle hostage. Unfortunately, once the vehicle is picked up, there is little the customer can do to actually get their own vehicle.
