Moving company in Columbus, OH
Do not use them they'll tell you one price after deposit they'll raise the price. It's a scam di not use them. First they said $450. After my deposit they went up to $800. Scam. Don't deal with Brian
Absolutely thrilled with Leo's service as a car transport broker! His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend him for anyone needing reliable and efficient car transport solutions!
My experience with Safeeds Transport Inc. was very disappointing. They failed to understand that issues can arise on the road and that carriers may encounter unpredictable problems, such as personal issues affecting drivers. This is why we were unable to receive our order. The team was quite rude and unprofessional in their communication.
This broker runs a traditional bait and switch scam. The claim, after the deposit is paid, is that the "website made a quoting error." They wait until after the vehicle is picked up to communicate at all, then tell you they want more money. If you don't pay up, they will try to hold your vehicle hostage. Unfortunately, once the vehicle is picked up, there is little the customer can do to actually get their own vehicle.
Leo at Safeeds Transport Inc. made the car moving process a breeze. From the moment we booked, he kept us informed and provided excellent communication. The car was picked up and delivered on time, with no issues at all. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the process. Highly recommend his services!
Brad provided exceptional service as a car transport broker. His professionalism and prompt communication made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and hassle-free vehicle transport!
Daniel did a great job for me in my tough situation, he is so polite, he has shipped my vehicle so fast for affordable price, I’m very satisfied with your service, we will use your service in the future a lot, Thanks to Daniel.
Rude and unprofessional service. I hauled a COD vehicle for this company. At delivery, I was told payment would not be made on site. I contacted the responsible agent, who requested photos by email, which I sent—but I never received payment. I then attempted multiple times to reach the company using the contact information listed on my dispatch sheet. After several unsuccessful attempts to collect payment, an agent finally called me back and was extremely rude and disrespectful. He called me “stupid” and said he did not care whether I got paid or not. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend working with this company.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently scheduled my shipment with Jack from Safeeds Transport, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jack was extremely responsive, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. Safeeds Transport quickly assigned an excellent driver, kept me updated at every step, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The shipment was delivered on time and without any issues, which gave me complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional transport company, I highly recommend Jack and the team at Safeeds Transport. Truly a top-tier service!
Working with Richard Kane at Safeeds Transport has been a breeze. The dispatch team is always on top of things, sending out loads promptly and efficiently. The pay is fair, and the communication is clear and consistent. Richard is a reliable and trustworthy partner. I'm excited to continue our collaboration and take on more jobs together in the future.
