Brad provided exceptional service as a car transport broker. His professionalism and prompt communication made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and hassle-free vehicle transport!
Working with Leo and Safeeds Transport was a great experience. Leo was responsive and ensured I understood all the details. The driver was friendly and handled my car with care. It arrived safely and on time. I appreciate their reliable service and would recommend Safeeds to anyone!
I collaborated with Brian, and our interaction proceeded seamlessly. The dispatch was prompt, and there were no issues with payment. Brian kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for their reliability and supportive agents who are ready to assist with any concerns.
Do not use them they'll tell you one price after deposit they'll raise the price. It's a scam di not use them. First they said $450. After my deposit they went up to $800. Scam. Don't deal with Brian
Safeeds Transport delivered my car flawlessly! Richard Kane here, and I can't recommend them enough. The entire process, from quote to receiving my car, was smooth and efficient. Communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Top-notch service all around!
This broker runs a traditional bait and switch scam. The claim, after the deposit is paid, is that the "website made a quoting error." They wait until after the vehicle is picked up to communicate at all, then tell you they want more money. If you don't pay up, they will try to hold your vehicle hostage. Unfortunately, once the vehicle is picked up, there is little the customer can do to actually get their own vehicle.
My experience with Safeeds Transport Inc. was very disappointing. They failed to understand that issues can arise on the road and that carriers may encounter unpredictable problems, such as personal issues affecting drivers. This is why we were unable to receive our order. The team was quite rude and unprofessional in their communication.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently scheduled my shipment with Jack from Safeeds Transport, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jack was extremely responsive, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. Safeeds Transport quickly assigned an excellent driver, kept me updated at every step, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The shipment was delivered on time and without any issues, which gave me complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional transport company, I highly recommend Jack and the team at Safeeds Transport. Truly a top-tier service!
I worked with James at Safeeds, and my experience was excellent. There were no issues with dispatch or payment. It's a great company to do business with, and we definitely plan to continue working with them regularly. Highly recommended!
Rude and unprofessional service. I hauled a COD vehicle for this company. At delivery, I was told payment would not be made on site. I contacted the responsible agent, who requested photos by email, which I sent—but I never received payment. I then attempted multiple times to reach the company using the contact information listed on my dispatch sheet. After several unsuccessful attempts to collect payment, an agent finally called me back and was extremely rude and disrespectful. He called me “stupid” and said he did not care whether I got paid or not. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend working with this company.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Safeeds Transport Inc holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
