Avoid this company, they are crooks
They overcharged, they charged me for 2500 cubic feet and delivered 1200 cubic feet, their answer was I had to pay for empty space in the trucks. They held my trucks until I paid $19,40020. cash. They lost, damaged or destroyed $10,636.21 of my possessions. They are not a moving company. They hire terrible movers who did not even cover my possessions with moving blankets. They had no insurance for my loss. They are a terrible elder abuse company. I am a 79 year old disabled vet. They gave one price then it was $19,000 then it became $49000. the movers even punched holes in my wall and broke floor tile in my new home. When I asked for help they said they were not responsible. Unless you like paying to be cheated out of large sums of money and have your possessions destroyed never use these crooks. I have tried to submit damage photos, but was not able. They also stored my possession in water causing my dresser to rot and my safe to rust shut. This cost me a lot of time and money to open.

Moving from a 3-bedroom suburban home in Palm Bay to a modern condo
Moving from a 3-bedroom suburban home in Palm Bay to a modern condo in Melbourne Beach was a big change, but Safe Travels Moving and Storage made it effortless. They handled bulky furniture and delicate electronics with great care. The crew was punctual, friendly, and efficient, making sure everything arrived on time and intact. Their attention to detail impressed me, and they even helped assemble my bed frame at the new place.

I had to move my small plant shop from a garage setup in Bradenton
I had to move my small plant shop from a garage setup in Bradenton to a shared retail space in Sarasota, and Safe Travels Moving and Storage made it way easier than I thought it would be. I had dozens of potted plants, hanging planters, soil bags, and delicate glass terrariums. The movers showed up with crates, plant-safe padding, and even breathable coverings to keep everything intact and upright. Nothing tipped, cracked, or spilled. They were incredibly patient during unloading and made sure the layout matched my setup plan. For a move this earthy and delicate, I couldn't have asked for better.

Highly trusted movers, Top notch
Best moving experience I’ve had. Professional, fast, and very polite. They were especially careful with my fragile boxes and managed to navigate a tight apartment hallway without a single scuff on the walls. 10/10 service!

I recently moved my comic book shop inventory from a storage unit
I recently moved my comic book shop inventory from a storage unit in Lakeland to a new retail space in Winter Haven, and Safe Travels Moving and Storage totally impressed me. My collection includes thousands of bagged-and-boarded comics, rare statues, and display cases — not something you can just toss in a box. The movers brought clean bins, acid-free packing for sensitive books, and handled every item like it was their own. They even reassembled my shelving units and helped position my glass cases perfectly. Everything arrived in mint condition. If you're moving a collection, these are the people you want.

Move from FL to OR
Safe Travels did a great job with my move from Florida to Oregon. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about long-distance moves, so I was a little nervous going into it, but I ended up being very happy with how everything went. The crew was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and treated my belongings with care. I especially appreciated the communication along the way because I always knew what was going on. Everything arrived safely, and there were no major headaches or surprises. For a move all the way across the country, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely recommend Safe Travels to friends or family who need to make a long-distance move!
