Due to an unfortunate and unexpected injury, our move had to be pushed back indefinitely, or possibly need to continue residing in TN. Thank you, Safe Ship, for adhering to your 72 hour cancellation policy.

Read More If I could give zero stars I would. This is a warning to anyone considering using this moving service, DO NOT!!! Unless you want to be ripped off and feel bamboozled every step of the way of an already very stressful time. This is a well oiled machine and they know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to SCAMMING customers. First we had a video call with someone who literally laid eyes on everything we had to move and gave us a quote. Fast forward to a couple of days before the move was scheduled for, we had another call (not video) to “finalize” and go over everything again to make sure they had everything correct and “enough space in the truck”. Lo and behold - the guy says “this is way different than what I had here in front of me from your initial VIDEO call” and proceeds to MORE THAN DOUBLE the initial estimate we were given. This was a few days before we were supposed to move - giving us very limited options or time to find any other option. Since we felt that at that point starting over would be extremely stressful and not a realistic option - we went along with this absurd new price. Basically every step of the way, additional charges continued to be added, we paid for expedited delivery and our stuff came days later than promised. Please, for the love of god, save yourself the headache and massive loss of money and go with a reputable moving company as this sad excuse of a business is nothing but a SCAM.

My mattress was ruined, and several boxes had water damage, making the contents unusable. They offered no apology or reimbursement and told me it wasn’t their responsibility. When someone finally answered, they claimed there was a scheduling error and said the earliest they could reschedule was three days later. I was left scrambling to find a last-minute replacement. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Even when we hit a bump in the road and I got emotional they were very patient with me and worked with me to resolve the issue. They were even helpful and sweet enough to help me pack my car and take out the trash which they didn’t have to do.
