Safe ship moving Co
My movers arrived on time. Sammi and his team were immediately professional and ready to check my inventory. I have just retired and ready for a new adventue. They began to work, and started the items that were not boxed and began wrapping. You can tell these items will be safely and secruly transported. The team was Super fast and efficient . They made me feel very comfortable . I'm happy to feel like my move is safe. I have been nervous about letting all of my belongings leave without me with it. Thank you again so much for your expertise, and giving me a relaxed feeling that all will go smoothly. Thank you.

Exceptional Service from a Truly Professional Moving Company
Eric and his team provided the best moving experience I've ever had. After multiple long-distance moves with both "ok" and bad companies, the difference here was night and day. What set them apart: Superb Communication: The dispatcher provided constant updates, and arrival notifications were precise. No guessing games! Professional & Courteous Crew: The team was polite, efficient, and took their work seriously. Exceptional Care: They handled all my items with incredible attention to detail. The packing of my fragile granite table was the most meticulous I have ever witnessed. Seamless Process: From start to finish, everything was perfectly coordinated and stress-free. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a perfect move. They are in a class of their own.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I would give 0 star (or even negative) if I could. This whole experience with Safe Ship has been a nightmare. Starting from pick up to current. They picked up my stuff on 7/9 and I still haven't received it. I was initially told it usually takes 14-21 business days. Before the pick up, I was given the pick up window (1-2 days) and told to be notified at least 24 hours in advance for the exact date & time of pick up. However, they never contacted me and I had to call them first and that was when I got notified of the exact pick up date and time, which was the night before (~10 hours before). What if I didn't call them first? Were they going to notify me the morning of like 2 hours before they come? They never communicate clearly and will always give you the "estimate", which they will tell you it's "NOT guaranteed". And it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting to receive my shipment. And there was not a single communication that was initiated by Safe Ship. I always have to call them first or open a ticket for them to provide me any update. When I called this Tuesday, I was told that the truck has left on Monday and it will be arriving either this Friday or Saturday. When I called again on Thursday because I needed to know if they were coming on Friday, now they were telling me the truck has left on Wednesday and it will be arriving either Sunday or Monday. They lie to you and will never give you the exact ETA. I have a few moving experiences, but this has been the WORST experience I've ever had. I'm not a type of person who normally leaves a review but I had to for Safe Ship, to help other people to not go through this nightmare. Do NOT use Safe Ship for your move, and you're welcome.

Amazing Movers!
Ivan and his crew with Continental Van Lines were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, courteous, and delivered everything safely and ahead of schedule. They deserve tremendous credit and made what is normally a stressful experience go very smoothly. Job very well done! My only feedback concerns communication from SafeShip's corporate office. I paid for the upgraded 48-hour pickup window and, at several points before pickup and delivery, found myself having to proactively track down information and clarify details. And, I get it, this is an extremely busy season for moving. One particularly stressful moment occurred when I was told my move was nearly cancelled because I had not confirmed a time window, despite never having been informed that confirmation was required. Everything ultimately worked out, thanks largely to the professionalism of the moving crew, and all of my belongings arrived in great condition. I simply hope SafeShip invests in clearer and more proactive communication—or even a standard communication script/template—because the amazing quality of the movers deserves to be matched by the quality of the customer experience and parent company.

Great Moving

Nightmare
What a nightmare!! No communication. No idea where our things are 60 days after pickup. Just a brutally bad experience. Looks like quite a few bit/employee reviews on here because there’s no way these people could get 4.7 stars.

Horrible moves
1.Star Review Stay away from Safe Ship. The entire process felt misleading from start to finish. They quoted one price, then before pickup they called for a so-called “quality assurance” review and acted like inventory specialists, only for the cost to suddenly increase. By then, you’re already worried about losing your deposit if you cancel. The carrier they assigned to my move was We Haul Moving Services, and the experience only got worse from there. Communication was poor, pricing changed unexpectedly, and I felt pressured throughout the process. Instead of transparency, it felt like I was being pushed into accepting higher charges at the last minute. I would never use Safe Ship again and would strongly recommend that anyone considering them read the cancellation policy very carefully before paying a deposit. One of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had.

Bait & Switch
Initial estimate for 350 cubic feet came in at a reasonable price. However, after adjusting for count changes, cubic feet doubled. That’s on us. However, they wanted to charge 3x the initial quoted price at the door. Felt like a bait and switch. We canceled and would rather lose the deposit than accept this scam. We were told during the initial sale that they wouldn’t do this and that feels like a lie. To add insult to injury, they told the movers that I had changed my mind about the pricing, and then never informed them that I'd canceled - leaving the drivers sitting outside for 3 hours after my last call before we had to tell them ourselves that we canceled. Poor communication, poor business practices, did not provide their movers with equipment they needed including dollies, braces, etc., and did not keep them informed. Bad business all around.

Miving from California to New Mexico
Dwight and Don showed up 3/25/26 to pick up the furniture.they were awesome ,very polite ,helpful ,fast st packaging and highly recommend using this company David and Sons moving &trucking..Now just waiting on the delivery of our stuff to the house in NM.thank-you guys
