After unpacking, I found a cracked picture frame and a damaged lamp. These items were packed by the movers, so I was disappointed with the handling. I expected better care.
The whole process from the first phone call to the final box offloading was professional. The crew was on hand to work quickly but not rush, took proper care of the furniture, and even assisted with positioning certain items where we wanted them.
The movers were polite, but the job felt rushed from beginning to end. A few boxes were crushed because they weren't stacked properly. I expected more attention to detail.
This company was really on the standout list because of the transparent communication. I was reminded of the move, informed of the timing on the day of the move, and then followed up afterward. Their attitude towards responsibility did give me a lot of faith in them from the very beginning. I would most definitely recommend them for future moves!

We were really thankful for all the help we got from the moving company when we did the moving of our family antiques to Mt Pleasant. They examined each item, chose the appropriate wrapping materials and described how all would be moved. Careful padding of delicate edges and decorating areas; all items in place before loading. The staff did a nice job with the furniture and ensured that we were at ease with the process. The new home had its antiques slowly brought in, and the antiques were positioned as directed at the new home. No scratches or damage to any part. They worked methodically, patiently and with very good service so that we were completely at ease.
I had a stressful experience with this moving company. There were delays and communication problems throughout the move. The team could have been much more organized and professional. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.
We took several delicate family heirlooms with us and was very worried about moving these with us. Fortunately, the movers were able to pack everything in a secure and safe manner and were careful with all the boxes. All goods were delivered without any damage. They were very detailed and professional so we really had no worries.
We moved to another state and it was a well planned move, R&S Movers were very good in doing everything. They communicated with us all along the way, provided us with everything at the proper time and made sure that all items arrived in good order. We were very confident from the outset, as they had moved me long distances before. Extremely good service from a really great group.
I found the whole thing well organised. Scheduling was simple, crew arrived at correct time and worked without wasting time. They were professional and amiable allowing what could have been a stressful day to go smoothly.
