Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
Rockstar Pro Movers knows how to hustle! They packed, loaded, and unloaded like lightning. Their speed didn't compromise quality, though; our belongings were handled with great care.
Super professional and hard working! I would happily use their services again. Everything arrived in top notch condition.
I couldn't be happier with the experience. They carefully assessed my belongings and provided a detailed plan, ensuring all my delicate items were properly packed and protected.
Great day! Tim and his crew worked hard and got our stuff moved without a hitch. Loved that I could pay with Zelle! They had creative solutions to some of my weird items. I felt I was in good hands!
Great experience with Rockstar Pro Movers. They were excellent, careful and quick. I can't say enough good things about these movers. They moved everything quickly, with no breakage, and with great care. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Nick and Tim did a great job today with helping me moving my one bedroom apartment, super professional.
Kyle and his team were amazing! They were polite, friendly and efficient, completing the job faster than the estimated time. They also did a great job wrapping our furniture. Would highly recommend!
They were absolutely amazing, and I engaged them for my relocation to a new location that was far away. They were really attentive and professional from start to finish.
Be warned. Hired Rockstar for a move from LA to TX. I chose them because of their very competitive quote. Big mistake. When they were onsite (6 hours late) the price increased $2000. I also had paid a lot extra $$ for expedited shipping. Which means our belongings would move in a truck alone--not combined with multiple loads. And arrive in 3 business days. After waiting and waiting and waiting (and our once responsive Rockstar phone reps not answering our calls). Our stuff arrived ten days late--and combined on a huge truck with several other moves. There was only one guy from Rockstar unloading and they had two local guys doing all of the work. They broke light fixtures on the walls and bailed before our furniture was re-assembled (which was also part of the deal). After several calls I was promised a very small refund to reimburse for the late shipping but that never happened. They stopped returning calls and ghosted me until I gave up. ZERO STARS. BEWARE of this scam company.
Archie and his team were fantastic, fast, peofesional, and a wonder to work with. Second time using this company and will not be the last!
