Don’t…just don’t
No stars is appropriate. Horrible. The carrier they used for our move come to find out operates out of a small house in CA. After almost 2 weeks, it has taken 3 days to finally get an answer as to where our property even is. Gave a complete inventory but loading day they said oops the truck is too small and it would be another $6,000. No. We had them take all the boxes and totes off and rented a U-Haul and moved them ourselves. These are scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the AG because my this is my parents’ stuff and they are elderly and disabled. Horrible that companies like this are allowed to prey on others. The carrier they used is American Hills Moving and Storage and they will be reported also. Please, PLEASE heed all the warnings in these reviews and find a better company to deal with. My parents are devastated that they may not ever see their belongings again. Oh, and their estimates mean nothing. It’s a way to drag you in then the carrier ups the price, no doubt giving a kickback to this unethical company. They tried to more than double the estimate for some totes and boxes and 2 mattresses and box springs (which are listed on the inventory). Again, just bypass this company for your own peace of mind

I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time without informing me. They handled my furniture carelessly, and several items were scratched. The team also seemed unorganized throughout the move. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Movers from Hell
They arrived to pick up my property at midnight on a Sunday. Tried to increase the amount I was to pay and then only took half what was on the list. I’m writing the review on the following Thursday and have yet to receive my property or get a call from them telling me when I would receive it. I have called customer service several times and each time it was promised that the owner would find out what was happening and call me back. I’ve not received their phone call either. This was a total disaster and I still have to hire another company to move the pieces they refused to take that were on the original Binding Estimate stating there was either a lack of space or insurance issues and not wanting to take responsibility. Adding insult to injury… I was only living 45 miles away.

There are far better moving companies available.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They made promises they couldn't keep and provided almost no communication throughout the moving process. My delivery was delayed for over a week, leaving me sleeping on the floor and purchasing basic necessities because none of my belongings had arrived. When I reported damaged and missing items, customer service was incredibly rude and acted as though the inconvenience was my fault. Every phone call ended with another excuse instead of a solution. After nearly a month of constant follow-up, the issue was finally resolved, but only after an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. There are far better moving companies available.

This is by far the worst moving company I’ve dealt with.
If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. The crew showed up on time and loaded everything carefully, which earns a star. But everything that's happened since wipes that out entirely. It's now been 30 days without any of my belongings, aside from what fit in my car -not much, with two dogs along for the drive from Texas to Florida. When I booked, I thought I'd done my due diligence and gotten multiple bids. When I mentioned to a competing company that Reliant Moving Solutions had quoted me $500 less, they warned me it would take at least a month to deliver. I went back to my Reliant Moving Solutions contact to confirm the timeline, and he told me -- in writing -- that 14 days was the absolute worst case. When he sent the deposit paperwork, I asked about the fine print referencing a 30-business-day delivery window. He said, and I quote: "that is mandated by the DOT and by law any interstate mover has to put that into their contracts. But it will never take that long." Here I am, one month in, and Reliant Moving Solutions is now citing that same 30-business-day window as the actual terms of our agreement. That's six weeks of sleeping on an air mattress - no TV, no furniture, no kitchenware. My route and truck haven't even been scheduled, let alone delivered. I could have planned around this if they'd been upfront from the start. Instead, they lied outright- the 30-day window isn't DOT-mandated, and 14 days was never their worst case, let alone realistic. Take a closer look at their positive Google reviews: they all read the same, come from accounts with exactly one review, and name-check the moving crew. Save yourself the mistake I made. Stay far away -this is the most disorganized, incompetent operation I've dealt with, and their ethics match.

I was very impressed at how smooth it all ran.
My office relocation went without problems. The movers labeled the files clearly, packed the electronics safely, and set up the desks where I wanted them. Their organization saved us time and avoided the usual moving day chaos.

They worked quickly but didn't rush any part of the job.
Austin stayed hands-on during my long-distance move. He guided the crew, checked fragile items, and kept me reassured. His involvement made me feel like everything was being handled with real care.

I regret choosing this company.
Booking the service was easy, but the actual moving day was a disaster. The movers arrived late and seemed completely unprepared. Communication was poor from beginning to end. The final cost was much higher than the original quote. I regret choosing this company.

They completed the whole move with no stress at all.
I’ve moved several times before, but Reliant Moving Solutions made this the easiest. Everything was packed neatly, loaded quickly, and delivered safely. They even helped arrange the furniture at the new house. Truly a hassle-free experience overall.

They wrapped it, lifted it slowly, and set it down smoothly.
State-to-state moving went without issues. The truck was loaded carefully, fragile belongings were padded, and the delivery was right on time. It gave me confidence the entire time, and I ended the day completely relieved.
