Overall, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience that I would never want to repeat.
This company created far more problems than they solved. Their delivery schedule was confusing and misleading, and my belongings arrived much later than expected. During the delay, I had no furniture, no kitchen supplies, and very few personal items, forcing me to spend additional money on temporary necessities. When I contacted them about missing possessions, I received rude responses and very little help. The company delayed resolving my claim for weeks and only acted after I escalated the issue to management. Overall, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience that I would never want to repeat.

This is by far the worst moving company I’ve dealt with.
If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. The crew showed up on time and loaded everything carefully, which earns a star. But everything that's happened since wipes that out entirely. It's now been 30 days without any of my belongings, aside from what fit in my car -not much, with two dogs along for the drive from Texas to Florida. When I booked, I thought I'd done my due diligence and gotten multiple bids. When I mentioned to a competing company that Reliant Moving Solutions had quoted me $500 less, they warned me it would take at least a month to deliver. I went back to my Reliant Moving Solutions contact to confirm the timeline, and he told me -- in writing -- that 14 days was the absolute worst case. When he sent the deposit paperwork, I asked about the fine print referencing a 30-business-day delivery window. He said, and I quote: "that is mandated by the DOT and by law any interstate mover has to put that into their contracts. But it will never take that long." Here I am, one month in, and Reliant Moving Solutions is now citing that same 30-business-day window as the actual terms of our agreement. That's six weeks of sleeping on an air mattress - no TV, no furniture, no kitchenware. My route and truck haven't even been scheduled, let alone delivered. I could have planned around this if they'd been upfront from the start. Instead, they lied outright- the 30-day window isn't DOT-mandated, and 14 days was never their worst case, let alone realistic. Take a closer look at their positive Google reviews: they all read the same, come from accounts with exactly one review, and name-check the moving crew. Save yourself the mistake I made. Stay far away -this is the most disorganized, incompetent operation I've dealt with, and their ethics match.

All items were delivered safely. I could not have asked for better service.
Solid 5 stars for the way they handled my office equipment. This company sent a crew that was very focused, and they got the job done 2 hours faster than I thought they would. If you are looking for a team that is actually effective, then you should give them a call.

I would highly recommend working with this team.
I needed help emptying a storage unit before moving house. The movers worked quietly, stacked everything efficiently, and even swept the space before leaving. It felt like real professionals doing their work with pride.

Don’t…just don’t
No stars is appropriate. Horrible. The carrier they used for our move come to find out operates out of a small house in CA. After almost 2 weeks, it has taken 3 days to finally get an answer as to where our property even is. Gave a complete inventory but loading day they said oops the truck is too small and it would be another $6,000. No. We had them take all the boxes and totes off and rented a U-Haul and moved them ourselves. These are scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the AG because my this is my parents’ stuff and they are elderly and disabled. Horrible that companies like this are allowed to prey on others. The carrier they used is American Hills Moving and Storage and they will be reported also. Please, PLEASE heed all the warnings in these reviews and find a better company to deal with. My parents are devastated that they may not ever see their belongings again. Oh, and their estimates mean nothing. It’s a way to drag you in then the carrier ups the price, no doubt giving a kickback to this unethical company. They tried to more than double the estimate for some totes and boxes and 2 mattresses and box springs (which are listed on the inventory). Again, just bypass this company for your own peace of mind

I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving service. The team arrived much later than the scheduled time without giving any proper update. They handled my furniture carelessly and did not seem experienced. A few of my items were scratched during the move. The staff was not friendly and ignored my concerns. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. The final cost was also higher than I expected. Overall, the service was stressful instead of helpful. I would not choose this company again. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I used the full packing service for my mother’s retirement community move. They carefully labeled every box and organized her items perfectly. Everything was unpacked and set up in her new room, including making the bed! This level of comprehensive service was extremely helpful for our family. It made the transition much easier for her. Thank you for the wonderful care.

In addition to my previous review: UPDATE: MULTIPLE EXPENSIVE DAMAGED ITEMS! So many of the boxes delivered literally look like they were body slammed. My electric bike was damaged!! I'M SO UPSET!! The control that operates the whole bike was smashed off and the metal wheel cover is all bent and crushed into the wheel. The electrical control alone is $100, not including labor for the repair and anything else they find. OH AND! My treadmill was delivered damaged. The electronic interface was completely broken off, clearly by sheer force, and it now does not fit into the base. It will never be the same and I will have to replace that as well. I will attempt to contact them, but based on their lack of response this entire experience my guess is they will not reply or will refuse to refund it. GREAT. Itemized list of broke items: 25 boxes minimum Large storage container: cracked and broken, unusable Treadmill electronic control center: ripped apart Electric Bike: electric control smashed off

Would 100% book again.
We were new in town and had no idea who to hire for our move. We found Reliant Moving Solutions online and decided to give them a try. The crew was friendly and took great care with our boxes of books and fragile kitchen items. Nothing was broken. They made us feel at ease during a time that is normally quite hectic.

Safe and still perfectly tuned after the move.
Recently, I had to change offices, and I was concerned about discontinuity and broken equipment. This moving company exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They had an amazing level of organization and care when handling desks, computers, chairs, and sensitive files. Their crew was highly productive, creating as little noise as possible and ensuring nothing was damaged.
