the team communicated well.
We used Reliant Moving Solutions for a senior move for my auntie, and it honestly felt like a big weight lifted off us. The movers listened to my dad’s directions and never rushed him, even though it took extra time. They made sure each item was placed where my auntie wanted it.

Don’t…just don’t
No stars is appropriate. Horrible. The carrier they used for our move come to find out operates out of a small house in CA. After almost 2 weeks, it has taken 3 days to finally get an answer as to where our property even is. Gave a complete inventory but loading day they said oops the truck is too small and it would be another $6,000. No. We had them take all the boxes and totes off and rented a U-Haul and moved them ourselves. These are scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the AG because my this is my parents’ stuff and they are elderly and disabled. Horrible that companies like this are allowed to prey on others. The carrier they used is American Hills Moving and Storage and they will be reported also. Please, PLEASE heed all the warnings in these reviews and find a better company to deal with. My parents are devastated that they may not ever see their belongings again. Oh, and their estimates mean nothing. It’s a way to drag you in then the carrier ups the price, no doubt giving a kickback to this unethical company. They tried to more than double the estimate for some totes and boxes and 2 mattresses and box springs (which are listed on the inventory). Again, just bypass this company for your own peace of mind

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
I had to relocate from one state to another with a tight deadline. Reliant Moving Solutions managed packing, transportation, and unloading with care and precision. They kept me updated through calls and texts during the drive. The delivery arrived on schedule, and nothing was missing. It’s rare to find movers who stay that consistent from start to finish.

I regret choosing this company.
Booking the service was easy, but the actual moving day was a disaster. The movers arrived late and seemed completely unprepared. Communication was poor from beginning to end. The final cost was much higher than the original quote. I regret choosing this company.

5 star communication!
I used Reliant Moving Solutions for my long distance move last weekend. The crew arrived on time and worked with good energy all day. They kept things organized, and I enjoyed the whole process for once.

5 Star Communication!
I needed help packing before a remodel, and the movers were great. They grouped things neatly, labeled boxes by room, and helped me feel more prepared for the upcoming work on the house.

Thanks for the awesome move.
I was worried about moving my big TV and glass coffee table. The movers wrapped both with thick padding and taped the edges. They loaded them gently into the truck and unpacked everything just as carefully.

DO NOT USE: SCAM COMPANY: established in 2026
I am formally filing a complaint regarding the complete failure to provide the moving services I paid for and the lack of professional communication and accountability throughout this process. My pickup was originally scheduled for Sunday between 4:00–6:00 PM, but no driver arrived and I received no communication during that window. The pickup was then rescheduled for Monday during the same time frame, and again there was a no-show. I was later given additional promised timeframes, including Tuesday between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM and then again between 5:00–5:30 PM, with assurance from both a representative and the driver that the pickup would occur. I rearranged my personal schedule multiple times and cancelled other obligations in order to be available, based on these repeated assurances. On Tuesday, the driver did not arrive during the promised 5:00–5:30 PM window and did not call as promised. After following up, I was told he would arrive in approximately an hour, but I never received any further communication. When I later called, I was informed the driver had reached the end of his working hours and would not be coming at all. At no point did anyone arrive to pick up my belongings. When I requested a refund due to the repeated failure to provide the agreed service, I was told that a new pickup time could be offered for Wednesday instead. I explained that I am not available on Wednesday due to work obligations that cannot be changed, which had already been clearly communicated. Despite this, I was told I would not be eligible for a refund because I could not accommodate the newly proposed time. I then requested a refund again and asked that the communication be provided in writing so I could properly document the situation. I also requested to speak with a supervisor or higher-level representative, which was refused. My refund request was again denied on the basis that I was “unavailable” for the next proposed pickup time, even though the service had already failed repeatedly over several days past the original scheduled pickup. At this point, no moving services have been rendered despite multiple confirmed appointments, and I am requesting a full refund for services not provided. Now now responding to emails. Through this process, I asked for emails recapping conversation, and was laughed at and they refused to. Please advise, and do not use this company. New company established in 2026. Less than 3 employees at this business. False 5 star reviews.

This is by far the worst moving company I’ve dealt with.
If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. The crew showed up on time and loaded everything carefully, which earns a star. But everything that's happened since wipes that out entirely. It's now been 30 days without any of my belongings, aside from what fit in my car -not much, with two dogs along for the drive from Texas to Florida. When I booked, I thought I'd done my due diligence and gotten multiple bids. When I mentioned to a competing company that Reliant Moving Solutions had quoted me $500 less, they warned me it would take at least a month to deliver. I went back to my Reliant Moving Solutions contact to confirm the timeline, and he told me -- in writing -- that 14 days was the absolute worst case. When he sent the deposit paperwork, I asked about the fine print referencing a 30-business-day delivery window. He said, and I quote: "that is mandated by the DOT and by law any interstate mover has to put that into their contracts. But it will never take that long." Here I am, one month in, and Reliant Moving Solutions is now citing that same 30-business-day window as the actual terms of our agreement. That's six weeks of sleeping on an air mattress - no TV, no furniture, no kitchenware. My route and truck haven't even been scheduled, let alone delivered. I could have planned around this if they'd been upfront from the start. Instead, they lied outright- the 30-day window isn't DOT-mandated, and 14 days was never their worst case, let alone realistic. Take a closer look at their positive Google reviews: they all read the same, come from accounts with exactly one review, and name-check the moving crew. Save yourself the mistake I made. Stay far away -this is the most disorganized, incompetent operation I've dealt with, and their ethics match.

BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!!
BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!! We recently moved cross country from California to North Carolina. We researched and spoke with 3 companies, based on ratings and reviews, and eventually selected (Reliant Moving Solutions). It's true what people say about reviews - are they real or are they bots? I can only say that our experience with IVL was a horror show. It was the move from hell! When I initiated the contract, their communication was virtually instantaneous. After I paid my deposit, the communication was virtually non-existent. It would take days or even a week before anyone got back to me. And that was before we even moved. The chaos started the day the movers came to load up our household goods. First, the truck arrived late, and they had a hand-painted cardboard sign on the door of cab that said "Reliant Moving Solutions". Clearly not Reliant Moving Solutions movers but a third party. As they neared the end of loading up, they realized the truck they brought wasn't big enough, so they had to go get another one. They also ran out of tags for all our goods and had to handwrite on the ones remaining. The home office had miscalculated the size truck that was needed. Not a good sign and it turned out to be a huge when it came to lost items. Then it got worse. I had notified Reliant Moving Solutions of our move-in date a full 38 days before the actual move-in date! They noted it and then for a month I never heard a word. I sent emails and voice mails and texts for over 2 weeks before someone got back to me saying "Your move is still 2 weeks away, so you won't hear from us until a few days before. Emails will not be answered until then." Two days before the delivery date I called and emailed again. Crickets. Finally on the day of the scheduled move, I called asking the ETA of the movers. The person I spoke to said there would not be a delivery for us that day. I asked when we can expect delivery but she couldn't answer. I then asked, "Do you even know where our stuff is?" She paused (not a good sign) and said, "I will have to get back to you". She did, about an hour later. She told me our goods were still in California and nothing had been done to initiate the move. We were stunned! We then asked when we could expect delivery and she could not tell us. Two weeks after the scheduled delivery date our goods finally arrived. Someone at Reliant Moving Solutions said they were allowed to take up to 2-21 days to deliver. I said that's fine, but you had 38 days to get it done and now you tell us you are going to add another 2-21 days onto the delivery date! But that wasn't the end of this Reliant Moving Solutions mess. The driver showed up with the truck with our goods, but he was alone and said we might have to wait until the next day so he could get some help. He then told us he was placing an ad on Craig's List to try and get people to help him to unload. At that point, I notified Reliant Moving Solutions dispatcher and told him, "What the hell kind of organization are you running?" To date he has not replied. Maybe he doesn't know how or what to say. Once we finished unpacking, we were missing 7 items and had numerous items broken. But that was bound to happen. Since they miscalculated the size of the truck and the number of labels for each of our items, it was a no brainer that the ones they had to hand write on were probably never going to reach us. Standing in our driveway on moving day watching these guys scramble, we knew it would be a miracle if all our goods arrived. And they didn't. All we can say to those of you who may be considering Reliant Moving Solutions for your move - DON'T!!! There are other companies out there that must be better. The Reliant Moving Solutions website claims they are recommended by Forbes. Maybe they are, but who really knows? Is it a true review or was it purchased? I can't believe a company like Forbes would ever endorse a company like International Van Lines if they knew what a terrible company it is. Reliant Moving Solutions gets an "F" for service, communication, honesty, and commitments. If you do hire Reliant Moving Solutions for your move, you do so at your own risk. You have been forewarned!!!
