There are far better moving companies available.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They made promises they couldn't keep and provided almost no communication throughout the moving process. My delivery was delayed for over a week, leaving me sleeping on the floor and purchasing basic necessities because none of my belongings had arrived. When I reported damaged and missing items, customer service was incredibly rude and acted as though the inconvenience was my fault. Every phone call ended with another excuse instead of a solution. After nearly a month of constant follow-up, the issue was finally resolved, but only after an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. There are far better moving companies available.

I am satisfied with how the work was done.
The crew carried heavy furniture down narrow stairs without any issue. They also wrapped fragile items so well that nothing shifted during the ride. The whole experience felt surprisingly easy for such a big house move.

I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving service. The team arrived much later than the scheduled time without giving any proper update. They handled my furniture carelessly and did not seem experienced. A few of my items were scratched during the move. The staff was not friendly and ignored my concerns. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. The final cost was also higher than I expected. Overall, the service was stressful instead of helpful. I would not choose this company again. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Highly recommended!!
Highly recommend Reliant Moving Solutions LLC if you have a lot of electronics to move. I have a 75 inch television and a fragile gaming setup that needed to go to my new apartment on the 10th floor. They brought a special crate for the TV and used static-free wrap for my computer tower. person name was very careful with the cables and made sure nothing got tangled or lost. They arrived exactly at 8 AM and finished the whole job by noon.

Don’t…just don’t
No stars is appropriate. Horrible. The carrier they used for our move come to find out operates out of a small house in CA. After almost 2 weeks, it has taken 3 days to finally get an answer as to where our property even is. Gave a complete inventory but loading day they said oops the truck is too small and it would be another $6,000. No. We had them take all the boxes and totes off and rented a U-Haul and moved them ourselves. These are scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the AG because my this is my parents’ stuff and they are elderly and disabled. Horrible that companies like this are allowed to prey on others. The carrier they used is American Hills Moving and Storage and they will be reported also. Please, PLEASE heed all the warnings in these reviews and find a better company to deal with. My parents are devastated that they may not ever see their belongings again. Oh, and their estimates mean nothing. It’s a way to drag you in then the carrier ups the price, no doubt giving a kickback to this unethical company. They tried to more than double the estimate for some totes and boxes and 2 mattresses and box springs (which are listed on the inventory). Again, just bypass this company for your own peace of mind

The movers were incredibly.
We were helping my elderly mother move into an assisted living facility. The movers were incredibly kind and patient. They let her take her time deciding where each piece of her favorite furniture should go. They positioned her armchair by the window just right and set up her bed first so she could rest. They treated her and her home with so much respect.

I am satisfied with the results of the move.
We had to clear out our entire downstairs so the painters could come in and do the walls. The team we chose sent two guys to move all the belongings from IL to NC in record time. A few days later, they returned to put all things back exactly where they belonged. It saved us so much time, and we didn't have to worry about scratching the new paint.

Proficient Movers!
I used these guys for my apartment relocation yesterday. They handled about fifteen boxes and a large mountain bike. The crew was polite, and they parked the truck in a way that did not block my neighbors. It took less time than the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. They were professional throughout the whole afternoon, and I had zero issues with the service.

In addition to my previous review: UPDATE: MULTIPLE EXPENSIVE DAMAGED ITEMS! So many of the boxes delivered literally look like they were body slammed. My electric bike was damaged!! I'M SO UPSET!! The control that operates the whole bike was smashed off and the metal wheel cover is all bent and crushed into the wheel. The electrical control alone is $100, not including labor for the repair and anything else they find. OH AND! My treadmill was delivered damaged. The electronic interface was completely broken off, clearly by sheer force, and it now does not fit into the base. It will never be the same and I will have to replace that as well. I will attempt to contact them, but based on their lack of response this entire experience my guess is they will not reply or will refuse to refund it. GREAT. Itemized list of broke items: 25 boxes minimum Large storage container: cracked and broken, unusable Treadmill electronic control center: ripped apart Electric Bike: electric control smashed off

AWFUL
Do not use this company. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, communication was terrible and we were misled every step of the way. We were originally told our move would take place between the 6th and 9th. Then it was pushed to the 10th, and they promised to call with an exact arrival time. Instead, they called midday to say they had just finished another job, and that’s when we found out they were still 8 hours away, meaning they didn’t arrive until late that night. When they finally arrived, they claimed we had exceeded the space we reserved even though we had told them from the start we were moving from a three-bedroom home and provided a detailed list of our belongings. They even admitted that 11 out of their 12 deliveries that day had been underquoted, yet somehow expected us to believe it was just the broker’s mistake. Then came the surprise charges. They tried charging us for packing even though we packed everything ourselves, along with additional mileage fees after telling us the estimate was low because movers were already in the area. Before the move, I even confirmed our king-size bed frame, TV size, and other large items. They charged us an additional deposit for possible extra items and promised it would be adjusted if we didn’t bring them. It never was. The final price was so inflated that we couldn’t afford to move our belongings. We lost our deposit and were left states away without our furniture or basic household essentials. This company’s business practices felt dishonest from start to finish. Save yourself the stress, hidden fees, and broken promises hire someone else.
