I cannot recommend them.
In addition to my previous review: UPDATE: MULTIPLE EXPENSIVE DAMAGED ITEMS! So many of the boxes delivered literally look like they were body slammed. My electric bike was damaged!! I'M SO UPSET!! The control that operates the whole bike was smashed off and the metal wheel cover is all bent and crushed into the wheel. The electrical control alone is $100, not including labor for the repair and anything else they find. OH AND! My treadmill was delivered damaged. The electronic interface was completely broken off, clearly by sheer force, and it now does not fit into the base. It will never be the same and I will have to replace that as well. I will attempt to contact them, but based on their lack of response this entire experience my guess is they will not reply or will refuse to refund it. GREAT. Itemized list of broke items: 25 boxes minimum Large storage container: cracked and broken, unusable Treadmill electronic control center: ripped apart Electric Bike: electric control smashed off

This is by far the worst moving company I’ve dealt with.
If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. The crew showed up on time and loaded everything carefully, which earns a star. But everything that's happened since wipes that out entirely. It's now been 30 days without any of my belongings, aside from what fit in my car -not much, with two dogs along for the drive from Texas to Florida. When I booked, I thought I'd done my due diligence and gotten multiple bids. When I mentioned to a competing company that Reliant Moving Solutions had quoted me $500 less, they warned me it would take at least a month to deliver. I went back to my Reliant Moving Solutions contact to confirm the timeline, and he told me -- in writing -- that 14 days was the absolute worst case. When he sent the deposit paperwork, I asked about the fine print referencing a 30-business-day delivery window. He said, and I quote: "that is mandated by the DOT and by law any interstate mover has to put that into their contracts. But it will never take that long." Here I am, one month in, and Reliant Moving Solutions is now citing that same 30-business-day window as the actual terms of our agreement. That's six weeks of sleeping on an air mattress - no TV, no furniture, no kitchenware. My route and truck haven't even been scheduled, let alone delivered. I could have planned around this if they'd been upfront from the start. Instead, they lied outright- the 30-day window isn't DOT-mandated, and 14 days was never their worst case, let alone realistic. Take a closer look at their positive Google reviews: they all read the same, come from accounts with exactly one review, and name-check the moving crew. Save yourself the mistake I made. Stay far away -this is the most disorganized, incompetent operation I've dealt with, and their ethics match.

BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!!
BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!! We recently moved cross country from California to North Carolina. We researched and spoke with 3 companies, based on ratings and reviews, and eventually selected (Reliant Moving Solutions). It's true what people say about reviews - are they real or are they bots? I can only say that our experience with IVL was a horror show. It was the move from hell! When I initiated the contract, their communication was virtually instantaneous. After I paid my deposit, the communication was virtually non-existent. It would take days or even a week before anyone got back to me. And that was before we even moved. The chaos started the day the movers came to load up our household goods. First, the truck arrived late, and they had a hand-painted cardboard sign on the door of cab that said "Reliant Moving Solutions". Clearly not Reliant Moving Solutions movers but a third party. As they neared the end of loading up, they realized the truck they brought wasn't big enough, so they had to go get another one. They also ran out of tags for all our goods and had to handwrite on the ones remaining. The home office had miscalculated the size truck that was needed. Not a good sign and it turned out to be a huge when it came to lost items. Then it got worse. I had notified Reliant Moving Solutions of our move-in date a full 38 days before the actual move-in date! They noted it and then for a month I never heard a word. I sent emails and voice mails and texts for over 2 weeks before someone got back to me saying "Your move is still 2 weeks away, so you won't hear from us until a few days before. Emails will not be answered until then." Two days before the delivery date I called and emailed again. Crickets. Finally on the day of the scheduled move, I called asking the ETA of the movers. The person I spoke to said there would not be a delivery for us that day. I asked when we can expect delivery but she couldn't answer. I then asked, "Do you even know where our stuff is?" She paused (not a good sign) and said, "I will have to get back to you". She did, about an hour later. She told me our goods were still in California and nothing had been done to initiate the move. We were stunned! We then asked when we could expect delivery and she could not tell us. Two weeks after the scheduled delivery date our goods finally arrived. Someone at Reliant Moving Solutions said they were allowed to take up to 2-21 days to deliver. I said that's fine, but you had 38 days to get it done and now you tell us you are going to add another 2-21 days onto the delivery date! But that wasn't the end of this Reliant Moving Solutions mess. The driver showed up with the truck with our goods, but he was alone and said we might have to wait until the next day so he could get some help. He then told us he was placing an ad on Craig's List to try and get people to help him to unload. At that point, I notified Reliant Moving Solutions dispatcher and told him, "What the hell kind of organization are you running?" To date he has not replied. Maybe he doesn't know how or what to say. Once we finished unpacking, we were missing 7 items and had numerous items broken. But that was bound to happen. Since they miscalculated the size of the truck and the number of labels for each of our items, it was a no brainer that the ones they had to hand write on were probably never going to reach us. Standing in our driveway on moving day watching these guys scramble, we knew it would be a miracle if all our goods arrived. And they didn't. All we can say to those of you who may be considering Reliant Moving Solutions for your move - DON'T!!! There are other companies out there that must be better. The Reliant Moving Solutions website claims they are recommended by Forbes. Maybe they are, but who really knows? Is it a true review or was it purchased? I can't believe a company like Forbes would ever endorse a company like International Van Lines if they knew what a terrible company it is. Reliant Moving Solutions gets an "F" for service, communication, honesty, and commitments. If you do hire Reliant Moving Solutions for your move, you do so at your own risk. You have been forewarned!!!

I regret choosing this company.
Booking the service was easy, but the actual moving day was a disaster. The movers arrived late and seemed completely unprepared. Communication was poor from beginning to end. The final cost was much higher than the original quote. I regret choosing this company.

Don’t…just don’t
No stars is appropriate. Horrible. The carrier they used for our move come to find out operates out of a small house in CA. After almost 2 weeks, it has taken 3 days to finally get an answer as to where our property even is. Gave a complete inventory but loading day they said oops the truck is too small and it would be another $6,000. No. We had them take all the boxes and totes off and rented a U-Haul and moved them ourselves. These are scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the AG because my this is my parents’ stuff and they are elderly and disabled. Horrible that companies like this are allowed to prey on others. The carrier they used is American Hills Moving and Storage and they will be reported also. Please, PLEASE heed all the warnings in these reviews and find a better company to deal with. My parents are devastated that they may not ever see their belongings again. Oh, and their estimates mean nothing. It’s a way to drag you in then the carrier ups the price, no doubt giving a kickback to this unethical company. They tried to more than double the estimate for some totes and boxes and 2 mattresses and box springs (which are listed on the inventory). Again, just bypass this company for your own peace of mind

5 star communication!
I used Reliant Moving Solutions for my long distance move last weekend. The crew arrived on time and worked with good energy all day. They kept things organized, and I enjoyed the whole process for once.

AWFUL
Do not use this company. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, communication was terrible and we were misled every step of the way. We were originally told our move would take place between the 6th and 9th. Then it was pushed to the 10th, and they promised to call with an exact arrival time. Instead, they called midday to say they had just finished another job, and that’s when we found out they were still 8 hours away, meaning they didn’t arrive until late that night. When they finally arrived, they claimed we had exceeded the space we reserved even though we had told them from the start we were moving from a three-bedroom home and provided a detailed list of our belongings. They even admitted that 11 out of their 12 deliveries that day had been underquoted, yet somehow expected us to believe it was just the broker’s mistake. Then came the surprise charges. They tried charging us for packing even though we packed everything ourselves, along with additional mileage fees after telling us the estimate was low because movers were already in the area. Before the move, I even confirmed our king-size bed frame, TV size, and other large items. They charged us an additional deposit for possible extra items and promised it would be adjusted if we didn’t bring them. It never was. The final price was so inflated that we couldn’t afford to move our belongings. We lost our deposit and were left states away without our furniture or basic household essentials. This company’s business practices felt dishonest from start to finish. Save yourself the stress, hidden fees, and broken promises hire someone else.

I was really relieved about that.
My long-distance move took two days, and the movers handled it like pros the whole way. They discussed timing and even asked whether I needed help unpacking certain items when we arrived. I appreciated how steady and organized they stayed during the trip. After such a long drive, it was nice that nothing felt chaotic or confusing when unloading.

the team communicated well.
We used Reliant Moving Solutions for a senior move for my auntie, and it honestly felt like a big weight lifted off us. The movers listened to my dad’s directions and never rushed him, even though it took extra time. They made sure each item was placed where my auntie wanted it.

Avoid!
We were contacted by Reliant Moving Solutions after requesting moving quotes for our relocation from Kentucky to Florida. Steve was very friendly and reassuring during the sales process, which initially made us feel confident about booking through Reliant. We provided detailed information about our move, including the fact that all of our belongings were already packed inside a completely full 10x20 storage unit. We provided our move dates, locations, and a list of our larger furniture items. Based on that information, Reliant quoted us approximately $2,600 for the move. After signing the paperwork, we noticed that the estimate listed only about 540 cubic feet. My husband specifically called to ask about this because it seemed far too low for a full 10x20 storage unit. We were reassured that the cubic footage was simply a placeholder to let the van line know we would need an empty truck and that we should not worry about it. When the movers arrived, however, we were told that our shipment was much larger than estimated. The volume increased to 1,455 cubic feet and our price jumped from approximately $2,600 to approximately $6,700. Looking back, we feel that the original estimate was unrealistically low given the information we provided. Had we been given a realistic estimate from the beginning, we could have properly budgeted, compared other companies, or made a more informed decision. Our experience left us feeling that the broker's priority was securing the booking rather than providing an accurate estimate. We would encourage anyone considering Reliant Moving Solutions to carefully review their estimated cubic footage and obtain detailed written clarification before signing.
