They were just great.
Booking the service was simple, but what really mattered was how well the actual move was handled. There was a steady pace to everything and no unnecessary delays. Allan made sure all my questions were answered without rushing me.

This is by far the worst moving company I’ve dealt with.
If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. The crew showed up on time and loaded everything carefully, which earns a star. But everything that's happened since wipes that out entirely. It's now been 30 days without any of my belongings, aside from what fit in my car -not much, with two dogs along for the drive from Texas to Florida. When I booked, I thought I'd done my due diligence and gotten multiple bids. When I mentioned to a competing company that Reliant Moving Solutions had quoted me $500 less, they warned me it would take at least a month to deliver. I went back to my Reliant Moving Solutions contact to confirm the timeline, and he told me -- in writing -- that 14 days was the absolute worst case. When he sent the deposit paperwork, I asked about the fine print referencing a 30-business-day delivery window. He said, and I quote: "that is mandated by the DOT and by law any interstate mover has to put that into their contracts. But it will never take that long." Here I am, one month in, and Reliant Moving Solutions is now citing that same 30-business-day window as the actual terms of our agreement. That's six weeks of sleeping on an air mattress - no TV, no furniture, no kitchenware. My route and truck haven't even been scheduled, let alone delivered. I could have planned around this if they'd been upfront from the start. Instead, they lied outright- the 30-day window isn't DOT-mandated, and 14 days was never their worst case, let alone realistic. Take a closer look at their positive Google reviews: they all read the same, come from accounts with exactly one review, and name-check the moving crew. Save yourself the mistake I made. Stay far away -this is the most disorganized, incompetent operation I've dealt with, and their ethics match.

I would never recommend New Reliant Moving Solutions to anyone.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with movers. I would never recommend New Reliant Moving Solutions to anyone. They were very polite and responsive while we were searching for movers, but once our belongings were picked up and payment was made, everything changed. The original quote of $1,350 was increased to $2,000+ due to extra fees that were never disclosed beforehand. After payment, they stopped responding to calls and everything went to voicemail. When we finally reached dispatch, the representative was rude and unprofessional. We were repeatedly told delivery would take 3–7 days, including when signing the contract. Instead, our belongings were delivered more than 15 days later, and they then claimed they were “legally allowed” up to 20 days which was never communicated before. At delivery, they charged even more money, claiming the apartment was far from the truck, which was not true — the truck could park right in front of the building, there was an elevator just a few steps away, and the apartment was right next to it. They also LOST two of my XL boxes and have not been responding to our calls about it. Extremely unprofessional. On top of that, they demanded full payment before unloading and pressured us to sign paperwork stating everything was received in perfect condition before we could even inspect our belongings. Several items were not in good condition. I’ve used multiple moving companies before and never had such a bad experience. This is by far the worst moving company I’ve dealt with.

Overall, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience that I would never want to repeat.
This company created far more problems than they solved. Their delivery schedule was confusing and misleading, and my belongings arrived much later than expected. During the delay, I had no furniture, no kitchen supplies, and very few personal items, forcing me to spend additional money on temporary necessities. When I contacted them about missing possessions, I received rude responses and very little help. The company delayed resolving my claim for weeks and only acted after I escalated the issue to management. Overall, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience that I would never want to repeat.

Don’t…just don’t
No stars is appropriate. Horrible. The carrier they used for our move come to find out operates out of a small house in CA. After almost 2 weeks, it has taken 3 days to finally get an answer as to where our property even is. Gave a complete inventory but loading day they said oops the truck is too small and it would be another $6,000. No. We had them take all the boxes and totes off and rented a U-Haul and moved them ourselves. These are scam artists. I will be filing a complaint with the AG because my this is my parents’ stuff and they are elderly and disabled. Horrible that companies like this are allowed to prey on others. The carrier they used is American Hills Moving and Storage and they will be reported also. Please, PLEASE heed all the warnings in these reviews and find a better company to deal with. My parents are devastated that they may not ever see their belongings again. Oh, and their estimates mean nothing. It’s a way to drag you in then the carrier ups the price, no doubt giving a kickback to this unethical company. They tried to more than double the estimate for some totes and boxes and 2 mattresses and box springs (which are listed on the inventory). Again, just bypass this company for your own peace of mind

Everything went exactly as planned.
Bradley used a ton of moving blankets and shrink wrap on my leather sofa to make sure the fabric stayed perfect while it was wedged in with the other boxes. I am very pleased with the condition of my belongings, and the whole process was much easier than I thought it would be.

Thank you, guys, for this amazing service.
I have moved several times in the last few years, and this was definitely the least stressful experience I have had so far. The communication was very clear from the start, and I didn't have to wonder when the truck was going to show up at my driveway. I am very satisfied with the work Reliant Moving Solutions did, and I can finally start unpacking my boxes in peace.

There are far better moving companies available.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They made promises they couldn't keep and provided almost no communication throughout the moving process. My delivery was delayed for over a week, leaving me sleeping on the floor and purchasing basic necessities because none of my belongings had arrived. When I reported damaged and missing items, customer service was incredibly rude and acted as though the inconvenience was my fault. Every phone call ended with another excuse instead of a solution. After nearly a month of constant follow-up, the issue was finally resolved, but only after an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. There are far better moving companies available.

They were so professional.
I had already packed most of my belongings, but I needed help with loading and transport. The movers worked carefully and did not damage any of the boxes I had prepared. I appreciated how Joseph made sure everything was arranged properly in the truck.

BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!!
BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!! We recently moved cross country from California to North Carolina. We researched and spoke with 3 companies, based on ratings and reviews, and eventually selected (Reliant Moving Solutions). It's true what people say about reviews - are they real or are they bots? I can only say that our experience with IVL was a horror show. It was the move from hell! When I initiated the contract, their communication was virtually instantaneous. After I paid my deposit, the communication was virtually non-existent. It would take days or even a week before anyone got back to me. And that was before we even moved. The chaos started the day the movers came to load up our household goods. First, the truck arrived late, and they had a hand-painted cardboard sign on the door of cab that said "Reliant Moving Solutions". Clearly not Reliant Moving Solutions movers but a third party. As they neared the end of loading up, they realized the truck they brought wasn't big enough, so they had to go get another one. They also ran out of tags for all our goods and had to handwrite on the ones remaining. The home office had miscalculated the size truck that was needed. Not a good sign and it turned out to be a huge when it came to lost items. Then it got worse. I had notified Reliant Moving Solutions of our move-in date a full 38 days before the actual move-in date! They noted it and then for a month I never heard a word. I sent emails and voice mails and texts for over 2 weeks before someone got back to me saying "Your move is still 2 weeks away, so you won't hear from us until a few days before. Emails will not be answered until then." Two days before the delivery date I called and emailed again. Crickets. Finally on the day of the scheduled move, I called asking the ETA of the movers. The person I spoke to said there would not be a delivery for us that day. I asked when we can expect delivery but she couldn't answer. I then asked, "Do you even know where our stuff is?" She paused (not a good sign) and said, "I will have to get back to you". She did, about an hour later. She told me our goods were still in California and nothing had been done to initiate the move. We were stunned! We then asked when we could expect delivery and she could not tell us. Two weeks after the scheduled delivery date our goods finally arrived. Someone at Reliant Moving Solutions said they were allowed to take up to 2-21 days to deliver. I said that's fine, but you had 38 days to get it done and now you tell us you are going to add another 2-21 days onto the delivery date! But that wasn't the end of this Reliant Moving Solutions mess. The driver showed up with the truck with our goods, but he was alone and said we might have to wait until the next day so he could get some help. He then told us he was placing an ad on Craig's List to try and get people to help him to unload. At that point, I notified Reliant Moving Solutions dispatcher and told him, "What the hell kind of organization are you running?" To date he has not replied. Maybe he doesn't know how or what to say. Once we finished unpacking, we were missing 7 items and had numerous items broken. But that was bound to happen. Since they miscalculated the size of the truck and the number of labels for each of our items, it was a no brainer that the ones they had to hand write on were probably never going to reach us. Standing in our driveway on moving day watching these guys scramble, we knew it would be a miracle if all our goods arrived. And they didn't. All we can say to those of you who may be considering Reliant Moving Solutions for your move - DON'T!!! There are other companies out there that must be better. The Reliant Moving Solutions website claims they are recommended by Forbes. Maybe they are, but who really knows? Is it a true review or was it purchased? I can't believe a company like Forbes would ever endorse a company like International Van Lines if they knew what a terrible company it is. Reliant Moving Solutions gets an "F" for service, communication, honesty, and commitments. If you do hire Reliant Moving Solutions for your move, you do so at your own risk. You have been forewarned!!!
