My overall experience with the moving service was disappointing. The crew was slow at certain points and several instructions were overlooked during the move. Communication could also have been much clearer. I expected a smoother and more reliable service.
The whole relocation was handled with good coordination. One person kept track of the boxes while the others focused on loading the furniture, which kept things moving smoothly. The final setup at the new place was also handled well.
The moving team arrived prepared with the necessary equipment and worked steadily throughout the day. They treated the belongings with care and completed the relocation efficiently. Communication remained clear from beginning to end.

The two things I worried about most were our dining table and sofa. Well, I didn't have to, blankets, straps, no scratches. They even gave us ideas for arranging the furniture when we moved into the new house! Little thing, but it meant a lot.

They wrapped and secured everything before putting it on the truck. I noticed they were extra careful around corners and doorways. There were no cracked or scratched items when we arrived at our new home.

The moving truck came all set up and ready to go with blankets, straps, trolleys and covers to protect the items. No one was putting their clothes on a dirty floor or on someone else's clothes. All was properly secured before traveling.
Our office move was a remarkable success thanks to this wonderful crew. They took exceptional care with the electronics and delicate goods and made sure that everything got home safely!
