I had an extremely limited window between work meetings. The crew showed up exactly on time, loaded everything in under 3 hours, and had it delivered safely. They have my highest recommendation!
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
The company needed to move its operations under a tight time constraint. Their ability to plan efficiently, together with their organizational skills, was simply outstanding. Everything was on schedule!
We only needed help moving furniture because we’d already moved the boxes ourselves. Their movers showed up with blankets, tools, and lifting straps, and took care of every piece like it was brand new. Even helped us reassemble the bed after delivery. We couldn’t have asked for more!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I had a long-distance move that included fragile art pieces, a vintage lamp, and some tricky electronics. James and the team from Regal Van Lines were amazing from start to finish. They brought extra packing materials, labeled everything clearly, and triple-checked the loading process. Not a single thing was damaged.

Their team arrived with custom-fit crates for my fragile equipment and offered to transport my temperature-sensitive camera lenses in a climate-controlled van—I didn’t know that was an option! They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space.
