The movers used a color-coding system for boxes, matching them to rooms. They measured furniture to choose the right box size, ensuring a snug fit. For electronics, they took photos before disconnecting wires, which helped set them up again perfectly. They even kept a small bag for screws and bolts from disassembled furniture, labeling each bag.
On the first day, Regal Van Lines loaded all of the boxes and finished packing all of our possessions. Second day arrived on time and was finished by noon! Their output was absolutely incredible. Had to wait a while at the new address, but despite having to carry some heavy objects up three flights of stairs, I worked really hard there as well. When requested, I collected all the packaging and roughly 100 empty boxes. We cannot express our gratitude to their employees enough for helping us get through a trying couple of days.
There were many delicate items in my shipment and the crew ensured every box was handled very carefully. All the dinnerware arrived and it was all in perfect shape. I’m very happy I picked this company.

I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Regal Van Lines has always been my go-to since they care so much about their customers. My possessions and I have always been treated with respect and care. I really like how this moving group works together to load and unload the truck.
During the relocation, I was worried about dust and dirt, but these movers were very clean. They covered my flooring in both the old and new locations. They were extremely competent!
