My things, even the ones that weren’t fragile, were handled with a lot of care. I liked being treated with respect by the whole team, as they always tried not to interfere with my time or space.
What I appreciated most was their honesty. No hidden fees, no sudden price hikes, and no cut corners. They loaded everything carefully, making sure fragile boxes weren’t stacked under heavy ones. They called me when they found an envelope with cash in one of my dresser drawers—talk about integrity! They set up my bed frame, plugged in my appliances, and gave me a moving checklist for my next move. This is a company that truly cares about customers.
The company needed to move its operations under a tight time constraint. Their ability to plan efficiently, together with their organizational skills, was simply outstanding. Everything was on schedule!
Unfortunately, one of our pieces of furniture was just too big to squeeze through the door. Instead of just shoving the door hinges out, they cautiously removed them and replaced them.

I had to move in the middle of winter during a snowstorm, and I really thought we’d have to reschedule. But the movers came prepared with tarps, towels, and covered the floors to protect against slush. They worked carefully but efficiently, and nothing got wet or damaged. I didn’t expect them to go through with it, but I’m glad they did. Everything arrived safe and dry, and I appreciated how cautious they were.
