I booked Regal Van Lines to help move my home office setup, including a bunch of electronics and cables I hadn't organized at all. They labeled boxes without me asking, wrapped up the monitors like pros, and even suggested where to place things at the new place to avoid clutter. Saved me a bunch of headaches later on.

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
They moved several priceless antiques for me, and I could not believe how meticulously they wrapped them. They took their time and used extra padding to ensure everything arrived in pristine shape. These folks know what they are doing.
I had a ton of heavy equipment in my garage, like power tools, machines, and a large workbench. I wasn’t sure how the movers would handle it all, but they showed up with the right equipment and moved everything with ease. They carefully loaded everything, and nothing was damaged. It felt like they knew exactly how to handle each piece. I’m really impressed with their professionalism.

Then they wrapped each device in anti-static material and labeled cables separately so I wouldn’t be scrambling later. The entire process was super streamlined. By the time we arrived, I could set my office back up with minimal hassle. They treated everything, from my stapler to my tower PC, with care and caution.
