It wasn't ideal to move during a snowfall, but they made it easy. They took expert care of our kitchen equipment and glassware, and they covered our upholstered furniture with waterproof coverings. To keep things tidy, the crew laid down floor runners. They handle our art collection and plants with great precision.
I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Regal Van Lines helped us relocate after selling our family home of 20 years. Their movers were respectful of our sentimental items and packed everything with care. Everything was packed and delivered safely within the quoted time. Their kindness and professionalism made a bittersweet move much easier to handle!
What a phenomenal experience! The team did more than they were supposed to make sure that each aspect of the move was as stress free as possible. I have a lot of glass jars and they packed every single one so well. Not a single thing broke, no not even a chip! Apparently, they value their work. These guys are good additions to your speed dial if you ever have any future moves.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
James and rest of the crew was fantastic from the moment they arrived to begin the packing and moving process. They were very professional, careful with everything they lacked and moved as well as great in the communication side of things. Outstanding work by our movers. They worked so fast and protected 3 of my antique glass cabinets and transported them to my new home with no damage whatsoever. You can really see they are extremely skilled at what they do. Great work guys; I am so happy with the overall quality of service!
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
Outstanding Moving Crew! What a relief it was to have such a capable team handle my move. They were polite, punctual, and took all the stress out of the day. Highly recommended!
