I had an extremely limited window between work meetings. The crew showed up exactly on time, loaded everything in under 3 hours, and had it delivered safely. They have my highest recommendation!
They carefully wrapped the handles of my frying pan to prevent scratches, taped shut the drawers of my makeup cabinet, used special corner protectors on my vanity mirror, placed heavy books and pan boxes at the bottom of my unloading to protect lighter boxes, such as picture frames and throw pillows, and even helped me set up my Wi-Fi router!
I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
Our 2-bedroom move took about 9 hours, which was right in line with what they estimated. Nothing was missing or damaged too. 10/10 service!
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
What set Regal Van Lines apart for me was their attention to detail. Every single box was labeled with room names, fragile stickers, and directional arrows. They stacked my belongings neatly in the truck to maximize space and reduce movement. The crew was well-coordinated, working like a pit crew at a race track, wrapping, lifting, and loading without ever getting in each other’s way. I had some awkwardly shaped furniture, but they packed it so well that nothing shifted during the drive.
We had to move fast due to a sudden job transfer, and Regal Van Lines was the only one willing to work within our crazy timeline. They showed up with a calm and collected energy that was exactly what we needed amidst all the uncertainty. In case we ever plan on moving again, we’ll definite hire them!
I hired this team to help me relocate to a different state. Jack and his crew arrived early and brought extra packing supplies just in case. They started by wrapping all my furniture with care, using thick blankets to protect the edges. My couch was tricky to get out the door, but they figured it out without a single scratch. Roger taped down the cushions for stability, which I hadn’t thought of. The way they organized the boxes on the truck was thoughtful—fragile items were at the top, and heavier boxes were secured at the bottom. Once we got to the new place, they rolled out mats to keep my floors clean and didn’t leave any marks on the walls while maneuvering the furniture.
I had to move my stuff out of a third-floor apartment, and the stairs were a real challenge. But the movers handled it like pros. They got everything down safely and efficiently, and it was clear they had plenty of experience with tough moves. I’m so impressed with how quickly they finished without any damage. It was honestly one of the smoothest moves I’ve had.
