Disastrous experience from start to finish! They misplaced several of my boxes, including one with important documents. When I called to ask about it, they said it’s “not their problem.” I can’t believe a company can be this careless!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I am impressed by how fast and skilful these movers moved my items. They wrapped everything I owned and everything was carefully and completely put away without rushing. The service is always trustworthy.

Due to the crew's cautious driving and thorough packing, there was nothing missing when they arrived. They helped unload the heavy items to make sure they got where they needed to go in my house.

Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
