My queen-size bed, dresser, and large mirror were all well cared for. They skilfully dismantled and reassembled the bed, shielding the mirror with cardboard and bubble wrap. It arrived in pristine shape.
I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Our office needed some large pieces of furniture moved internally and some other items removed. All the movers were professional, kind and took the extra care to ensure was cared for. They did a great job in a relatively quick time.
Although packing our delicate ceramics collection was daunting, the movers took great care to treat each item. For optimal protection, they packed, cushioned, and padded every component. Because of their superb packing, we received our collection undamaged. They have our sincere gratitude!
