I had some furniture in storage that needed to be moved into a new place after a long delay. A couple of items were heavier than I remembered, but the movers handled them without issue. They were polite, worked quickly, and didn’t need constant direction. I was glad that everything arrived intact after being in storage for so long. The whole thing felt simple and well-managed.
Thanks to their firm, my transfer was much easier than I had imagined. The crew was punctual, efficient, and expert. They wrapped each item with care and double-checked to make sure my furniture was safe. To top it all off, they took my bed apart and reassembled it for my new home. In terms of quality, it exceeded my wildest expectations.
As soon as the movers left, they called to update us and confirm the arrival window. Everything felt well-organized and thought through.
Trustworthy moving company. I received my gaming system, packed with curved TV materials. They loaded the boxes onto the truck and covered them with anti-static material, easing my concerns. To prevent damage, they carefully unloaded those items as soon as they arrived. The service seemed white-glove for my equipment. I'm thrilled.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).

Total lifesavers! I had one day to pack and move or risk losing my lease. I called this company out of desperation, and they showed up within hours – with boxes, tape, and enough manpower to get me packed and out before the day ended. That kind of response time is hard to find, and I’ll never hesitate to hire them for future relocations!
