DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
These movers provided special packing materials for my large collection of ceramic bowls. Every dish arrived undamaged. They came up with all of the good-quality packing materials.
It wasn't ideal to move during a snowfall, but they made it easy. They took expert care of our kitchen equipment and glassware, and they covered our upholstered furniture with waterproof coverings. To keep things tidy, the crew laid down floor runners. They handle our art collection and plants with great precision.
I was relocating my home gym treadmill, weights, and one of those huge resistance machines that barely fit through a door. The movers came prepared with tools, wrapped the equipment carefully, and even helped break one piece down so it would fit. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and they didn’t leave until it was reassembled. Their attention to detail honestly exceeded my expectations.
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.

The movers disassembled my gigantic sleigh bed, and wrapped it up nicely for transport and then reassembled it with not a single screw missing. They never hurried, or became careless, and their attitude, positive as it was, turned a chore into a pleasure.
Our company had recently made the difficult decision of setting up our business in another city and we couldn’t be more grateful to Regal Van Lines for coming to our assistance. Our move operator, William, was available to assist us every step of the way. He made sure his crew arrived on time on moving day and came prepared with custom packing supplies for our equipment. They packed everything with special care and delivered everything safely to us within the quoted time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
