I had a long-distance move that included fragile art pieces, a vintage lamp, and some tricky electronics. James and the team from Regal Van Lines were amazing from start to finish. They brought extra packing materials, labeled everything clearly, and triple-checked the loading process. Not a single thing was damaged.

The movers were prepared to work when they came on time. Our enormous furniture was handled well by John, who disassembled and reassembled it without any problems. Charles packed all of our clothing and breakables with lots of cushioning. They were professional, prompt, and effective. They also assisted us with last-minute packing.
Excellent contact was maintained from the initial phone call to the final unloading. They provided a detailed moving schedule for packing gadgets, furniture, kitchenware, and breakable décor. Prompt responses and updates, including images, eased concerns about my grandmother's china set and large TV. Working with such professional and communicative staff was enjoyable.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
Their service, from packing to unloading, was exceptional. Their meticulousness in wrapping my fragile items was astounding.
The team made our transition between houses simpler by packing our 4-bedroom residence. The professional way they handled my large dining table and delicate display case during packing brought me much peace of mind.
Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Harry really took the stress out of moving. He gave me a very thorough estimate and answered all my questions patiently. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was on top of everything.
