Their team arrived with custom-fit crates for my fragile equipment and offered to transport my temperature-sensitive camera lenses in a climate-controlled van—I didn’t know that was an option! They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space. Regal Van Lines isn’t just a moving company—they’re a logistics powerhouse that understands the unique needs of small business owners.
All my fitness equipment arrived at the new house without any problems. Because they had planned the process well and worked together closely, this part went without a hitch.
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
We had to move fast due to a sudden job transfer, and Regal Van Lines was the only one willing to work within our crazy timeline. They showed up with a calm and collected energy that was exactly what we needed amidst all the uncertainty. In case we ever plan on moving again, we’ll definite hire them!
They capably moved my wooden swing upstairs and into confined areas, which was amazing. Friendly and helpful guys!
