Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
There were many delicate items in my shipment and the crew ensured every box was handled very carefully. All the dinnerware arrived and it was all in perfect shape. I’m very happy I picked this company.

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
As soon as the movers left, they called to update us and confirm the arrival window. Everything felt well-organized and thought through.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Disastrous experience from start to finish! They misplaced several of my boxes, including one with important documents. When I called to ask about it, they said it’s “not their problem.” I can’t believe a company can be this careless!
It was difficult to relocate from our 5th-floor flat without an elevator, yet these movers didn't hesitate. In addition to handling all the heavy lifting and navigating the stairs easily, they arranged our new home exactly as we had imagined. They delivered excellent service!
Fantastic service! Three capable movers handled my move quickly and effortlessly. I strongly recommend them. Everything was securely wrapped and protected, and delivered safely.
