Communication was steady the entire time, and nothing was delayed or damaged. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!
As soon as the movers left, they called to update us and confirm the arrival window. Everything felt well-organized and thought through.
Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.

Trustworthy moving company. I received my gaming system, packed with curved TV materials. They loaded the boxes onto the truck and covered them with anti-static material, easing my concerns. To prevent damage, they carefully unloaded those items as soon as they arrived. The service seemed white-glove for my equipment. I'm thrilled.
Let me tell you, this moving service was worth every single penny. The team was fantastic – friendly, professional, and super strong. They handled my bulky sofa with ease, navigating it through tight doorways and up a narrow staircase without a single complaint. They used these special straps to distribute the weight evenly, which I thought was really smart. They treated my belongings like their own.
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts
Horrible experience and be AWARE. So they quote cheaply and you will get another call a week or two before where they will ask about all the demotions of everything you own and try to upsell you. They wanted to raise my quote by about 1.5k but I don’t own a lot and told them no they then offered 50% off that original quote I said no. The rep then said “ I just don’t want them to up charge you on the day of”. So I kept that in mind and when the movers came I told them not to pack anything over my paid amount. So after they finish they come back and say they had to charge my an extra $200 in order to fit everything. The amount was so low I said whatever and paid it. FYI they will charge for everything: if their truck doesn’t fit in the parking area, if your location is difficult to enter, if they have to walk over a certain distance they will charge for every extra foot walked. Anyway now for the terrible part I get a call that the truck with my stuff is coming, I come home to meet him and it’s a giant semi trailer. The driver says his partners are coming to unload the trailer. So he comes inside gives me the receipt and asks me to pay the remaining balance, I do he then goes back to his truck. About 30 minutes later he starts unloading the stuff inside and brings in my fan which has a broken base for some reason and says his partner’s are taking forever because they smoke to much. I laugh it off he then says his truck can’t be on my road so he has to move it I say alright he then leaves. With all my stuff and money. I realize he is not coming back and call him he says he has to get another truck and that’s the last I have heard. The next day I call the moving company there’s some rude manager who doesn’t seem to care and he tells me it’s gonna cost $350 dollars to buy a shuttle to bring my stuff now because the roads aren’t graded for a Semi. Mind you this is a giant residential street so if there truck can’t be in this street I don’t know think there’s a single street in America that would allow it. So I don’t see why they use such giant trucks for such little moves. So I ask him why he took final payment and left he says nothing about it but tries to say “I’ll send you the money back if it’ll make you feel better” knowing the money is not issue but the fact their driver took off with all my stuff and is now charging me more to bring it back. Anyway they finally come back charge me $350 because they had to get a Uhual, drop off my stuff, with all my furniture disassembled and three broken items. Basically got scammed for an extra $550, and received broken furniture.
I used Regal Van Lines for a move from a townhouse into a smaller space, and the layout made everything harder than it needed to be. Tight corners, low ceilings, all of it. They stayed calm, figured it out, and didn’t damage a thing. They brought tools, took apart a bed frame for me, and even helped reassemble it. I was really impressed by how smooth it all went.
