I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
I've never seen such a professional team before; this company has helped me shift my things from MA to NY multiple times. I'm happy that they were transparent and efficient each time.

Then they wrapped each device in anti-static material and labeled cables separately so I wouldn’t be scrambling later. The entire process was super streamlined. By the time we arrived, I could set my office back up with minimal hassle. They treated everything, from my stapler to my tower PC, with care and caution.
Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
I was wrong to think a long-distance transfer would go smoothly with this company. My stuff was picked up in one state and delivered two days later, as promised. While driving, the driver informed me of their expected arrival time. After arriving, the staff carefully unloaded and checked everything off the inventory list. All my boxes and furniture arrived intact. Their consistency amazes me.
The movers arrived on time, and Joe made sure to check in throughout the day to ensure everything was going according to plan. The crew was careful with all my belongings, and Paula called to make sure I was happy with the service. I really appreciated how seamless the entire process was. Joe and Paula, you guys are the best!
