I had some furniture in storage that needed to be moved into a new place after a long delay. A couple of items were heavier than I remembered, but the movers handled them without issue. They were polite, worked quickly, and didn’t need constant direction. I was glad that everything arrived intact after being in storage for so long. The whole thing felt simple and well-managed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I had to move my stuff out of a third-floor apartment, and the stairs were a real challenge. But the movers handled it like pros. They got everything down safely and efficiently, and it was clear they had plenty of experience with tough moves. I’m so impressed with how quickly they finished without any damage. It was honestly one of the smoothest moves I’ve had.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.

We weren’t moving far, but we had a ton of oddly shaped furniture and vintage pieces that don’t handle well in transit. The movers we hired from this company didn’t rush through the job. They took the time to wrap everything right and maneuver it all carefully through tight doorways. The move only took a few hours, but the quality of service was far above what we’ve seen in the past.
