Typically, I stressed a lot while moving, but these men made it seem easy. They were well-prepared, accommodating, and transparent about costs from the start. They ensured I knew where my necessities were and packed and labeled everything neatly. Nothing was broken or missing, and delivery was on time. Perfect service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Moving out of our first apartment felt like closing a chapter in our married life. I cried when the movers boxed our wedding photos in fragile boxes. They carefully assembled our handcrafted bedframe without causing any damage. They managed our story, not just the furniture.
Since the dining table and ceramic vase collection were important to me, I was uneasy about the move. Everything was handled smoothly, however, by the movers. They prepared the fragile items by placing many layers of padding between them to avoid movement during transport. All the items came undamaged and they moved them off the truck in no time. They were very professional and I could not have wished for better service.
The crew clearly had no training or experience. They struggled to move large furniture and ended up scratching my walls and breaking a chair leg. It was like watching a group of amateurs, not professionals.
I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
I had some furniture in storage that needed to be moved into a new place after a long delay. A couple of items were heavier than I remembered, but the movers handled them without issue. They were polite, worked quickly, and didn’t need constant direction. I was glad that everything arrived intact after being in storage for so long. The whole thing felt simple and well-managed.
I was working with a tight budget and was worried about hidden costs. But to my relief, Regal Van Lines provided a clear and upfront estimate with no surprises. Plus, their movers worked quickly without cutting corners, and gave me the best value for my money. I cannot recommend them enough!
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.
