Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.

Total lifesavers! I had one day to pack and move or risk losing my lease. I called this company out of desperation, and they showed up within hours – with boxes, tape, and enough manpower to get me packed and out before the day ended. I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
I was terrified about putting all the furniture back together once it had to be dismantled. In addition to disassembling everything swiftly, the movers reassembled flawlessly, even tightening loose screws that I forgot.
We only needed help moving furniture because we’d already moved the boxes ourselves. Their movers showed up with blankets, tools, and lifting straps, and took care of every piece like it was brand new. Even helped us reassemble the bed after delivery. We couldn’t have asked for more!
