Despite my few possessions, these men showed great consideration for them. It's rare to find movers who value each customer. Their professionalism was clear in how they handled my items. I appreciated their respect for my belongings and dedication to excellent service.
I booked Regal Van Lines to help move my home office setup, including a bunch of electronics and cables I hadn't organized at all. They labeled boxes without me asking, wrapped up the monitors like pros, and even suggested where to place things at the new place to avoid clutter. Saved me a bunch of headaches later on.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
I had to relocate from a 2-bedroom apartment to a condo in another city, and I was honestly dreading the long-distance process. But this company handled everything from planning to execution. Communication was steady the entire time, and nothing was delayed or damaged. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!
My job required a last-minute transfer across state lines. I barely had time to pack, but Regal Van Lines experts took care of everything. The crew was incredibly fast yet thorough, and they had the truck loaded by early afternoon. Delivery was just as seamless!
We downsized from a big house to a small apartment, and fitting everything was a puzzle. The crew was brilliant – they carefully measured, and packed tightly without damage. Their problem-solving saved us from a headache and made the move surprisingly easy!

All my fitness equipment arrived at the new house without any problems. Because they had planned the process well and worked together closely, this part went without a hitch.
Although packing our delicate ceramics collection was daunting, the movers took great care to treat each item. For optimal protection, they packed, cushioned, and padded every component. Because of their superb packing, we received our collection undamaged. They have our sincere gratitude!
Everything I asked for was hung up and the supplies were recovered. There was always a sufficient number of people available to do the task quickly. When I took them out of the package, I discovered that they had performed well despite being put through hell at work. They're excellent, so go ahead and take my word for it and get some of them. It was the best packing job I've seen in my six moves.
