DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.

My move involved shifting not just household stuff but also a small home office packed with files, computers, and printers. I appreciated how the movers suggested I back up data just in case. Then they wrapped each device in anti-static material and labeled cables separately so I wouldn’t be scrambling later. The entire process was super streamlined. By the time we arrived, I could set my office back up with minimal hassle. They treated everything, from my stapler to my tower PC, with care and caution.

In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
The movers arrived on time, and Joe made sure to check in throughout the day to ensure everything was going according to plan. The crew was careful with all my belongings, and Paula called to make sure I was happy with the service. I really appreciated how seamless the entire process was. Joe and Paula, you guys are the best!
It was difficult to relocate from our 5th-floor flat without an elevator, yet these movers didn't hesitate. In addition to handling all the heavy lifting and navigating the stairs easily, they arranged our new home exactly as we had imagined. They delivered excellent service!
