Three moves moved my boxed goods, glass table, large LCD TVs (boxed) and desks across town from my storage unit to my new apartment. They were on time and completed the move faster than expected: under budget. I chose Regal Van Lines based on their excellent rating and was very pleased with the service I received.

We weren’t moving far, but we had a ton of oddly shaped furniture and vintage pieces that don’t handle well in transit. The movers we hired from this company didn’t rush through the job. They took the time to wrap everything right and maneuver it all carefully through tight doorways. The move only took a few hours, but the quality of service was far above what we’ve seen in the past. Highly recommended!
When I called Regal Van Lines, Jack answered and immediately helped me feel at ease. I had to move long-distance with several fragile items, including some handmade furniture and delicate ceramics. They walked me through the process, helped with packing tips, and the movers followed through exactly as described. It felt well-organized from start to finish, and everything showed up intact. I’ve been building up a home gym, and when I needed to move to a new house, I had a ton of equipment to deal with. The movers were well-prepared for all the bulky, heavy pieces. They packed everything carefully and managed to fit it all in the truck. It was a relief to see them handle the heavy lifting with ease and get everything to the new place safely.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
The movers used a color-coding system for boxes, matching them to rooms. They measured furniture to choose the right box size, ensuring a snug fit. For electronics, they took photos before disconnecting wires, which helped set them up again perfectly. They even kept a small bag for screws and bolts from disassembled furniture, labeling each bag.
