With grace and efficiency, these men moved me from an apartment on the third story that did not have an elevator. Without a peep of complaint, they arrived on schedule, carefully packed all of the furniture, and carried everything downstairs.
Although packing our delicate ceramics collection was daunting, the movers took great care to treat each item. For optimal protection, they packed, cushioned, and padded every component. Because of their superb packing, we received our collection undamaged. They have our sincere gratitude!
I recently hired this firm for packing services because I felt overwhelmed by the thought of packing everything myself. In less than 3 hours, two amazing men arrived at my home and packed up all my belongings! They used high-quality packing supplies and were extremely organized. I saved a lot of time unpacking at the new place since they labeled each box very carefully.
Everyone I talked to at work was really helpful, informed, and professional. I was worried about packing and the lengthy drive from AZ to NY, but Regal Van Lines made it all go well. There was no damage or breakage.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Both the treadmill and elliptical machine I owned were infamously clumsy. Prior to their departure, they put them through their paces and skilfully dismantled and rebuilt them. I am so grateful to find such a great moving company
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were professional and kind. My one gripe is that they took a bit longer than expected, but the additional time was more than justified because they took care of everything. I would definitely hire them again.
The personnel was fantastic; they were prompt, friendly, and very careful with my possessions. They were incredibly thoughtful in every manner, even though they did not waste any time.
