They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.

We had to move fast due to a sudden job transfer, and Regal Van Lines was the only one willing to work within our crazy timeline. They showed up with a calm and collected energy that was exactly what we needed amidst all the uncertainty. In case we ever plan on moving again, we’ll definite hire them!
As soon as the movers left, they called to update us and confirm the arrival window. Everything felt well-organized and thought through.
Although moving is never simple, their crew really reduced the amount of worry I felt. From the moment they showed up, it was clear that they had everything under control. They disassembled my bulky furniture and meticulously packed all of my fragile possessions. When we got to my new house, they reassembled everything precisely as I had requested.
We moved during a heatwave, which was not ideal, but you wouldn’t have known it from the movers’ energy. They showed up early with all the necessary gear and powered through with smiles on their faces. They packed and loaded our entire 3-bedroom apartment like experts. Despite the weather, they didn’t rush through anything and even offered to reassemble our bed frames so we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor. That kind of thoughtfulness stands out!

Unfortunately, one of our pieces of furniture was just too big to squeeze through the door. Instead of just shoving the door hinges out, they cautiously removed them and replaced them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
