Fantastic service! Three capable movers handled my move quickly and effortlessly. I strongly recommend them. Everything was securely wrapped and protected, and delivered safely.
They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
I was relocating my home gym treadmill, weights, and one of those huge resistance machines that barely fit through a door. The movers came prepared with tools, wrapped the equipment carefully, and even helped break one piece down so it would fit. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and they didn’t leave until it was reassembled. Their attention to detail honestly exceeded my expectations.
Some of my belongings, like wine and artwork, are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, so I was concerned about having to temporarily store them. Nevertheless, when I got my stuff back, everything was spotless.
On the first day, Regal Van Lines loaded all of the boxes and finished packing all of our possessions. Second day arrived on time and was finished by noon! Their output was absolutely incredible. Had to wait a while at the new address, but despite having to carry some heavy objects up three flights of stairs, I worked really hard there as well. When requested, I collected all the packaging and roughly 100 empty boxes. We cannot express our gratitude to their employees enough for helping us get through a trying couple of days.
My job required a last-minute transfer across state lines. I barely had time to pack, but Regal Van Lines experts took care of everything. The crew was incredibly fast yet thorough, and they had the truck loaded by early afternoon. Delivery was just as seamless!
The movers disassembled my gigantic sleigh bed, and wrapped it up nicely for transport and then reassembled it with not a single screw missing. They never hurried, or became careless, and their attitude, positive as it was, turned a chore into a pleasure.
With grace and efficiency, these men moved me from an apartment on the third story that did not have an elevator. Without a peep of complaint, they arrived on schedule, carefully packed all of the furniture, and carried everything downstairs.
We were moving in cold weather, but they stayed professional and efficient, and made sure everything was completed swiftly. We’re utterly thankful!
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
