My things, even the ones that weren’t fragile, were handled with a lot of care. I liked being treated with respect by the whole team, as they always tried not to interfere with my time or space.
Three moves moved my boxed goods, glass table, large LCD TVs (boxed) and desks across town from my storage unit to my new apartment. They were on time and completed the move faster than expected: under budget. I chose Regal Van Lines based on their excellent rating and was very pleased with the service I received.
Unfortunately, one of our pieces of furniture was just too big to squeeze through the door. Instead of just shoving the door hinges out, they cautiously removed them and replaced them.
The quality of service I experienced from this moving business really astonished me. They were well-prepared and professional.
David and his team showed compassion during my elderly parents' move to an assisted living facility. They were patient and humble with my parents. Thomas carefully packed their precious items and asked questions to ensure nothing was lost. Their way of handling everything made the day feel less intimidating.
