They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
I recently hired this firm for packing services because I felt overwhelmed by the thought of packing everything myself. In less than 3 hours, two amazing men arrived at my home and packed up all my belongings! They used high-quality packing supplies and were extremely organized. I saved a lot of time unpacking at the new place since they labeled each box very carefully.
Impeccable experience! This was my first big move, and I was pretty anxious about how everything would go. But the team at Regal Van Lines made the whole process easy! They took care of my fragile items, including glassware and artwork, and made sure everything was packed carefully. They even secured everything with thick belts onto the moving trucks for extra protection. When I unpacked the boxes, I was over the moon to receive everything intact. I couldn’t be more grateful to them!
Our move involved some heavy furniture, including a solid wood dining table. The crew wrapped it well, and it arrived without a single scratch. We can’t thank them enough!

Total lifesavers! I had one day to pack and move or risk losing my lease. I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
