I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.

We stored some items at the last minute. The movers promptly marked and moved the unit boxes. They packed my patio furniture, decoration items, and winter clothes with exceptional care.

The crew packed up my whole flat in 2 hours because I had to move to a new town on short notice. They took great care of everything, even delicate objects. Without them, I couldn't have completed the relocation!
During the relocation, I was worried about dust and dirt, but these movers were very clean. They covered my flooring in both the old and new locations. They were extremely competent!
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were professional and kind. My one gripe is that they took a bit longer than expected, but the additional time was more than justified because they took care of everything. I would definitely hire them again.
