DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Outstanding work by our movers. They worked so fast and protected 3 of my antique glass cabinets and transported them to my new home with no damage whatsoever. You can really see they are extremely skilled at what they do. Great work guys; I am so happy with the overall quality of service!

The movers disassembled my gigantic sleigh bed, and wrapped it up nicely for transport and then reassembled it with not a single screw missing. They never hurried, or became careless, and their attitude, positive as it was, turned a chore into a pleasure.
I was wrong to think a long-distance transfer would go smoothly with this company. My stuff was picked up in one state and delivered two days later, as promised. While driving, the driver informed me of their expected arrival time. After arriving, the staff carefully unloaded and checked everything off the inventory list. All my boxes and furniture arrived intact. Their consistency amazes me.
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts
Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.
