I had to move in the middle of winter during a snowstorm, and I really thought we’d have to reschedule. But the movers came prepared with tarps, towels, and covered the floors to protect against slush. They worked carefully but efficiently, and nothing got wet or damaged. I didn’t expect them to go through with it, but I’m glad they did. Everything arrived safe and dry, and I appreciated how cautious they were.
I planned a cross-state move with several large furniture pieces, including a vintage dresser and a few fragile items. Regal Van Lines made the process incredibly easy, and Joseph kept me updated along the way. The entire crew was efficient, careful, and respectful of my belongings. It was difficult to relocate from our 5th-floor flat without an elevator, yet these movers didn't hesitate. In addition to handling all the heavy lifting and navigating the stairs easily, they arranged our new home exactly as we had imagined. They delivered excellent service!
By far the best movers I’ve had a pleasure of working with! They made a day that should have been full of stress a smooth worry-free process. The team was also very cautious of my hardwood floors, using blankets and coverings to ensure there’s no scratch. I felt the way they handled my belongings was the same way they would handle their own. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The movers were prepared to work when they came on time. Our enormous furniture was handled well by John, who disassembled and reassembled it without any problems. Charles packed all of our clothing and breakables with lots of cushioning. They were professional, prompt, and effective. They also assisted us with last-minute packing.
As soon as the movers left, they called to update us and confirm the arrival window. Everything felt well-organized and thought through.
