I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Their service, from packing to unloading, was exceptional. Their meticulousness in wrapping my fragile items was astounding.

Our office needed some large pieces of furniture moved internally and some other items removed. All the movers were professional, kind and took the extra care to ensure was cared for. They did a great job in a relatively quick time.
Since the dining table and ceramic vase collection were important to me, I was uneasy about the move. Everything was handled smoothly, however, by the movers. They prepared the fragile items by placing many layers of padding between them to avoid movement during transport. All the items came undamaged and they moved them off the truck in no time. They were very professional and I could not have wished for better service.
I recently hired this firm for packing services because I felt overwhelmed by the thought of packing everything myself. In less than 3 hours, two amazing men arrived at my home and packed up all my belongings! They used high-quality packing supplies and were extremely organized. I saved a lot of time unpacking at the new place since they labeled each box very carefully.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
The move was fantastic and skillfully executed! The movers handled my belongings with great care, making my move much easier than I had expected.
When our company relocated to a larger office, this team handled everything flawlessly. They took extra care with our laptops, paperwork, and sensitive equipment. The new setup looked great, and they worked efficiently throughout.
