They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.

I moved from one state to another for a new job and needed everything to arrive on a tight schedule. Regal Van Lines delivered exactly as promised. The crew packed my belongings securely and ensured that nothing was left behind. I got updates along the way, and everything showed up right on time. Moving for work can be stressful, but this part of it was completely hassle-free.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
William and Kevin helped me move my belongings from my apartment to a storage unit. They were very careful with everything. They were very professional and explained the storage process clearly. I felt confident leaving my belongings in their care.

However, their staff relocated us quickly and effectively while keeping everything organized. Moving day was incredibly easy thanks to them!
Everyone I talked to at work was really helpful, informed, and professional. I was worried about packing and the lengthy drive from AZ to NY, but Regal Van Lines made it all go well. There was no damage or breakage.
