The crew was incredibly patient and kind, asking where things should go and making sure my parents felt comfortable during the process. Their furniture and family keepsakes were packed thoughtfully. It was a long day, but the team made it feel calm and respectful from beginning to end.
What set Regal Van Lines apart for me was their attention to detail. Every single box was labeled with room names, fragile stickers, and directional arrows. They stacked my belongings neatly in the truck to maximize space and reduce movement. The crew was well-coordinated, working like a pit crew at a race track, wrapping, lifting, and loading without ever getting in each other’s way. I had some awkwardly shaped furniture, but they packed it so well that nothing shifted during the drive.
The job was finished in record time because they always showed up on time and worked hard. They took great care of our things and made sure that both the old and new places were safe.
Thanks to their firm, my transfer was much easier than I had imagined. The crew was punctual, efficient, and expert. They wrapped each item with care and double-checked to make sure my furniture was safe. To top it all off, they took my bed apart and reassembled it for my new home. In terms of quality, it exceeded my wildest expectations.

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
